Up to 4 overnight guests
The house sleeps four comfortably. No unregistered guests or parties; this is a quiet residential desert parcel.
Two dogs welcome
Fully fenced five acres. A small pet fee applies, and we ask you keep paws off the linens and clean up the yard.
Quiet hours 10pm–8am
Sound carries in the desert and the stars are the show. No amplified music outdoors after 10pm.
No smoking indoors
Smoking and vaping are outside only. Fire danger is real out here — fire pit only, fully attended, never on red-flag days.
We’re on a desert well
Water is precious here. Quick showers and the cowboy pool refilled mindfully keep the Hollow running for everyone.

Send the request straight to me. I confirm fast — usually within the hour — and you pay securely, direct, with no app service fee added.

Once you’re booked I send the exact address, the smart-lock plan, and my private local guide — the dark-sky calendar, the taco truck, the trailheads.

Your door code is texted the morning you arrive. Let yourself in any time after 4pm, run the hot tub, and disappear into the desert.
