Privacy

When you submit a booking request, the details you provide (name, email, phone, dates, and party size) are used solely to respond to your request and arrange your stay. A live deployment would not sell your information or share it beyond the payment processor needed to take a deposit. This template does not collect or transmit real data.

Booking & availability

Nightly rates, availability, totals, and the direct-vs-app savings shown on this template are illustrative for demonstration and not a live booking quote. A real rate and live availability are confirmed when you submit a booking request.

The “book direct & save” figure is an illustrative estimate based on a typical online-travel-agency guest service fee (~14%). Actual savings vary by platform, dates, and length of stay.

Secure direct payment

References to “secure direct payment” describe how a live deployment would process payments through a PCI-compliant processor. No real payment is taken by this template.

Booking terms & cancellation

Reservations are confirmed once payment is received via the secure link the host sends after a request. Cancellation is flexible: a full refund at least 14 days before check-in, 50% up to 7 days before, and the first night non-refundable inside 7 days. House rules, quiet hours, and occupancy limits apply to every stay.

Saguaro Hollow operates under San Bernardino County STR Permit #JT-2024-0613 (illustrative for this template). Occupancy, quiet hours, and short-term-rental rules follow San Bernardino County code.
